The Ottoman by 14 Karat Home Inc. Is a very nice well made sturdy ottoman. We couldnt find any manual but it was simple enough to screw in the 8 screws for the feet of the ottoman but there are 2 metal bracket and there are 2 slots in the bottom platform of the ottoman but we cant figure out how it is supposed to be installed. The pillow tops were vacuumed pack and have weight to them very well made and nice material. Our dog loves it! There are velcro on the bottom of the top pillow and the middle section. This sofa is beautiful! Color and fabric make it very classy! The silver in the multicolored pillows is very subtle, but the additional silver pillows they provide help them out a bit! The seat cushion is firm, so I am hopeful this will improve with time. I am 5’6+, and my feet are off the floor when I sit down. Really pretty couch - so much bigger than I expected! The fabric is great, the color is perfect, it wasn't hard to put together, but it comes in so many boxes so it took a while to set up. The Ottoman by 14 Karat Home Inc. Is a very nice well made sturdy ottoman. We couldnt find any manual but it was simple enough to screw in the 8 screws for the feet of the ottoman but there are 2 metal bracket and there are 2 slots in the bottom platform of the ottoman but we cant figure out how it is supposed to be installed. The pillow tops were vacuumed pack and have weight to them very well made and nice material. Our dog loves it! There are velcro on the bottom of the top pillow and the middle section. The legs, fabric and bench cushion are chef’s kiss. * if you order a sample, the actual couch reads lighter with variations, it’s a lovely dark blue. Appreciate that it’s not off gassing toxins. * Update-Only negative is that I wish the bench cushion was flippable like the back cushions, I have to keep adjusting the cushion because it pulls forward physically and the material pulls forward so I have to unzip it and realign the seems.
