The products ordered should receive 5 stars. The shipment is also OK, received on time and well packed. But the 3 stars goes to the product package, the Moen box received all bended, but item is OK. The Kohler bidet faucet box “seal” was unsealed, dirty, and squeezed, therefore not sure if all the rough-In parts are included. I Hope so. Seems like a returned item placed back in stock. These came in one box and they weigh a ton--I literally sprained a muscle in my leg trying to push this box 2 inches (Fedex delivered them to my front yard before a storm instead of to the porch). Be prepared for how heavy they are! That being said, they're beautiful and solid and will hold up my Artifacts tub beautifully. I warred with getting these or the pedestal base, but due to replacing a bathtub with a unique plumbing layout, the feet were the best option if I needed to have my drain assembly facing the room.
