The fridge is very sleek and well laid out to maximize the small space. Definitely has a few cons - the drawers feel flimsy. The middle freezer drawer tends to get stuck and we have to lift the other drawers to get it to go back in. The Bosch dishwasher is quiet. However, I am older and find that it has difficult instructions. It took reading the manual carefully to start. The manual did not come with the dishwasher so I had to download it from my computer. I like to manually start the dishwasher and do not want to put it on an app on my phone which the manual keeps suggesting I do. It has quite a bit of moisture inside the machine after the wash and rinse cycle are complete which is annoying. I manually wipe some of the inside of the machine. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After one week of use I have observed that this dishwasher gets the dishes clean (even the stuck on stuff on heavy duty cycle) and is very quiet. It does what it is supposed to do. The only issues I have are that the silverware basket is too small (it needs to be twice as long) and and that you have to download an app to your phone and connect to your dishwasher in order to use some functions (i.e. machine care or rinsing). We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. The shower and all its components is gorgeous and feels wonderful, but these tech issues are enough to drive you crazy, especially 18 months after install.. Cajunmeggle. Tennessee. Wed Feb 26 2025
