This is a very beautiful sofa. The faux leather is high quality. It is soft to the touch and it is hard to distinguish from genuine leather. Wonderful, warm caramel color. The sofa comes all packed in one box which is convenient. The inserts for the cushions are vacuum sealed so that is how everything fits in a single container. The cushions fluff up very quickly upon opening and it wasn’t difficult to get them into the zippered cases. It does require two people for assembly. Support is firm yet comfy. My significant other is still trying to figure out how to put this together, somehow he did this with it (see image) and currently it’s a chair instead of a storage loveseat. The fabric is really soft and the pillows are quite fluffy. They come very flat and take a several days to fully puff up. Hopefully he’ll figure out the full secret to assembly success and I’ll be able to report back with the loveseat reveal. It does make a nice chair so far. Pluses and minuses for this couch. No tools necessary and easy to assemble. Some portions take two people but quick and easy. Overall Comfort once the cushions take shape is very good for sitting or laying but the back Cushions are slim and not very comfortable. Need to be fuller and the back rests do not seem to be too durable. They are a ratcheted bracket holding the backrest up and seems flimsy. Also, the back of the couch on each backrest has brackets that pull down to make the futon sofa bed and they are not covered and look very cheap. Not a problem if the couch is against the wall but not ideal for being open with no wall support. Overall It depends on if this is for daily use or light use. You know what, the couch itself is actually pretty nice, but the customer service and the entire delivery and assembly experience that I had was so god-awful that I’m only giving this two stars. First of all, our delivery driver left the two giant boxes this comes in in the middle of our freaking driveway, not on the porch, but in the middle of the driveway. We live in a duplex and the assembly wasn’t until the next day, these boxes can’t block our driveway, so we ended up having to lug the thing around after paying $100 for “expert assembly” to NOT have to lug the thing around. So don’t bother with the assembly if you don’t wanna have to move the boxes yourself because the assembly does not cover bringing it into whatever room you need it set up in, just so you know. I thought “expert assembly” included, bringing the boxes into the home and room that I needed it set up in and then setting it up (duh?!?) but apparently not. Then comes the next day. I get a text a few hours before I’m supposed to have this thing set up in my living room, which is full of these boxes. It’s the assembly guy telling me that he is sick and wants to reschedule out to a future date but doesn’t want to cancel it or it’ll “hurt his account”. ??! So I just paid $100 and now you’re not showing up?! Couldn’t have told me sooner?! So I call and say hey that’s really not gonna work for me, my living room is full of boxes and I need a couch, can you guys get someone else to come out here? They say no so I get a refund and I just do it myself. I’m sick by the way. Terrible experience, terrible customer service, I got no help when I asked them why they left it in the middle of the driveway instead of on my porch, no compensation for my wasted time and having to do all this myself when I’m sick. The answer I got to why it was in the driveway was that I paid for ground delivery, but every single other item that I get delivered with ground delivery gets delivered to my PORCH not the middle of my shared driveway. HONESTLY, JUST DO NOT BOTHER WITH WAYFAIR. Shop local, support local furniture companies. At least they will make it right if there is an issue and you can walk in and talk to somebody if you need to. Wayfair seems to have just given up on itself and I don’t really blame them considering their awful reputation (deserved). I will neverrrrr shop with them again and I thoroughly regret giving them any of my money. By the way, this couch is overpriced and you can get it cheaper elsewhere.
