Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Really nice in our kitchen. We replaced an old cast iron sink with this one and it instantly updated my kitchen. Only problem is there is a metal rail all around the bottom rim of the sink that you put the clips on to hold it into place. The plumber had to cut my counter top so the sink would fit.. Carol.
