What a pretty little utility sink and it only took lil ole me an hour and a half to assemble. It went together quite swiftly. There is a handsome faucet but I’ll leave that for the plumber. Best feeling shower ever! I felt this “PowderRain” shower head at a local supplier showroom and fell in love with it. The price here is ALOT lower! My plumber was impressed with the high quality parts. Don’t position the rain shower head too high above your head or the water will not be the right force and will cool down before it gets to you. About 12-15” I think is ideal. Found this out the hard way. Iwanted it tall enough for my husband, but we installed it too high to be optimal. The settings on the handheld shower wand are nice. There are three -one that has more force for rinsing out shampoo, and another with a spiral massage, as well as the same powder rain as the wall mounted shower head. It feels like getting soaked with a soft rain. More of a relaxing sensory experience which is why the other stronger setting on the handle shower is useful. The wall rod adjusts the height of the handwand easily and can be used as a separate overhead shower as well. I purchased the brushed nickel and the wall controller does get water spots so must be cleaned accordingly. (The grab bars in my picture were purchased separately and are not included in this kit). I really like the overall vibe of this sink and it is really nicely made. However, there were a couple issues I had to deal with. I had to cut a part of the back of the drawer for it to close with the plumbing. And it was challenging for me to identify an easy way to fix this without modifying the drawer. The good news is this worked out okay for me. The second issue I had (and this is likely just personal preference) is the actual sink was stainlessbrushed finish and the faucet was shiny finish. This Presenza Laundry Sink is perfect for what I need without spending thousands on a decent quality sink to replace a cheap plastic one I had for way too long. I have been waiting a while to find a sink that would fit into my space and also wide and deep enough for my dog to fit into. The cabinet came unassembled but my husband said it was pretty easy to put together and we were both impressed it had soft close doors! We had a plumber install the sink, so I cannot comment if it is difficult as a DYI; however, our plumber was very pleased how everything fit nicely into place. The faucet is impressive, but it's new!
