Right out of the box I was impressed with this Handheld shower head. I ordered the polished nickel and it is beautiful. The design is sleek and minimal, which is what I was going for. Outstanding, well made, heavier than traditional knobs. This took a little longer to install due to the screw holes being on the top rather than the original screw holes on the side.
