FedEx did a poor job of dropping this door off at our home but it wasnt damaged even though they were rough to the box. Swing Clear Hinges add extra width to existing doorways to provide easy access through doorways for persons using wheelchairs or walkers. The door swings completely outside of jamb adding width to existing door openings when installed. This hardware measures 3-1/2 inches and can fit doors between 1-3/8 inches and 1-3/4 inches thick. These swing clear hinges can be installed on either left-handed or right-handed doors by flipping the hinge pin. All of the necessary mounting hardware is included for a hassle-free installation.
