Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). Nice that the hansgrohe quality keeps what the high-quality design promises: the AddStoris towel rail is made of metal and therefore particularly durable. This helps in the sustainable use of resources and reduces the plastic content in the environment. The surface is Easy to clean. It corresponds to the colour of the hansgrohe special surfaces for fittings (FinishPlus). So everything fits perfectly together. Easy to install. The towel rail is reliably attached to the wall by a total of four screws. The drilling distance on both sides is 0.9 in each.
