Gerber isnt as well-known a brand as some others, but when I was shopping for fixtures for a full bathroom, it was carried by a local, highly-respected plumbing supply store, and I wound up choosing them for their design. Good quality faucet. You might need this model over model 8244, which has 4.5" handles, if your spay nozzle is less than four inches from the cold water valve. I learned that the colored foil stickers for hot and cold can be removed, exposing a recessed chrome area with recessed H and C lettering within. We bought this in black to match our faucet. It's incredibly heavy, which is good because it gives it a solid feel. The mounting pipe is metal which is nice, because these are often plastic and don't hold as well over time. I do wish that the logo on the top wasn't as prominent, but because it matches the sink (Blanco) it's not so bad. Overall a great dispenser. Update a year or so in. At first we used a thicker dish soap (maybe Dawn?) and it clogged all the time so we switched to a thinner one (Meyers) and that worked much better. But now the soap tends to leak out from under the pump head onto the counter like other people have noted.
