There are a lot advantages for this modular sofa, the underseat storage space, removable and washable cover, moveable storage ottoman, sturdy frame and soft fabric, easy to install. It's just right to have this 3-seat sofa if you has an apartment or such a room.

Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
