Bad things first One of the metal pieces for the back rest was cut incorrectly. I had to use a hammer to get the bar in. The cushions are difficult to get into the cases, especially the L shaped one. This probably would have been easier with 2 people though. The box it came in was ripped when it arrived. Probably would have been better to split into two boxes. Now the good Once put together, it looks really nice. The color is accurate to the listing. The cushions are comfortable they’re firm with enough give to not be rock hard. It’s large enough to stretch out, but small enough for a small apartment living room. The faux leather is great for keeping it clean, especially for cat hair. Overall, this was a great buy despite some minor issues, especially if it’s on sale. Came in missing parts. The he sofa was missing the side brackets to slide the side piece on. The company immediately sent out the brackets. Problem was, we were unable to get them on there perfectly so we just left it off. Pros: good manufacture to purchase from, the quality it good, and when sitting on it as a chair it’s comfortable. Cons: the reclining part I'm not impressed with. When you recline it as far as it goes, it’s not for tall people (meaning over 5’7”) your feet overhang. My significant other is still trying to figure out how to put this together, somehow he did this with it (see image) and currently it’s a chair instead of a storage loveseat. The fabric is really soft and the pillows are quite fluffy. They come very flat and take a several days to fully puff up. Hopefully he’ll figure out the full secret to assembly success and I’ll be able to report back with the loveseat reveal. It does make a nice chair so far. I was really nervous ordering a couch online but I’m super happy with how this turned out! I needed a sectional that could easily be taken apart to fit through a narrow hallway in my apartment. Sofa reads deep Navy blue rather than black. See photos with black in my carpet also compared to the Wayfair photo online here. Took two people about an hour to unbox and construct. I will report later about stability. Somehow there seems to be an extra bolt which may be a problem on my end. Initial feeling when seated is a very soft, sink in and cozy experience as the fabric is smooth and velvety. However, if you're looking for more support when sitting this is not for you. I added two more firm throw pillows to support my back. It's long enough to stretch out which is nice if you're napping. The overall look is contemporary and elegant without being overpowering.
