This sectional is quite comfortable with moderately firm cushions and a nicely versatile ottoman. It took us about 4 hours to fully unbox and assemble. Unfortunately, there are 2 fabric injuries that are impossible to hide. One of the boxes had a rip in it that had been resealed with packing tape. As a result the fabric was badly damaged.
