I had the R10000-UNBXHF valve body (in conjuction with the T17038-SS Lahara 17 series valve trim) installed 16 months ago and the shower head is now dripping when the valve is turned fully in the off position. This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is. With an automatic open baffle plate when the unit is powered on, it will open to a 90-degree angle capturing smoke and fumes before they escape. A large coverage area easily covers all burners on your cooktop guiding smoke upwards and creating a barrier to prevent you from breathing in harmful smoke and grease. An elegant touchscreen control panel with a delay function that lets the hood work for 2 minutes after you are done cooking to ensure all the smoke and odors are removed from your kitchen. There is also a screen lock function that prevents the unit from misoperation while you are cleaning the unit.

The Stone sectional features a 96" left-arm facing sectional piece, an armless loveseat, and a right arm facing chaise. It features flared arms, dark coffee tapered wood legs, 6 contrasting pillows in two different fabrics and 2 additional contrasting kidney pillows. The box border seat cushions and welted inside back cushions are all loose and reversible allowing you to rotate them to prolong the life of the cores as well as the life of the fabric. The chaise seat cushion will not rotate due to the mini t-cushion. ****Due to lighting and monitor differences, actual colors and finishes may vary slightly from what appears online****
