Nice comfy chair, the movable headrest is great feature as well as the hidden cup holders. One of our chairs arrived with some damage to the leather. Hopefully they will take care of this. The only other complaint is the price went down twice within 3 days and they would not give me the price adjustment (would have been almost a $200 savings)and the chairs had not been delivered yet. Also I prepared to be avaliable for the scheduled delivery time and waited all day before receiving a notice the delivery was delayed. This chair was very easy to assemble and the chocolate brown looks great in the room. My only complaint is that the 3 boxes the chair comes in were shipped separately and the third piece (which happened to have been the base) came 4 days after the other 2 boxes so the free 3 day shipping wasn’t true and we were unable to assemble until that third box arrived. I did a lot of research when I was looking to replace our 18 year old electric recliner. I am beyond happy with this recliner I decided to purchase! I got it in 2 days in 3 manageable boxes via Fed Ex! My husband was able to easily assemble it in less than 30 minutes! The color (beige) and the material (faux leather that is soft and better than leather) is beautiful! It truly brightens up our family room next to a dark brown couch! I was so excited to try it! First off, it is extremely comfortable! They even gave you a wonderful lumbar pillow but I didn't need it! It's a nice accent when you're not in the chair! :) The massage features are outstanding! You have 4 positions and 3 modes with 3 speeds! It is not very loud- which is what I was concerned about with our 16 year old miniature poodle! She didn't even hear it! You can set a timer for it which is fabulous! Second, the heating feature in the lumbar area is excellent! Third, the cup holders are great as I can now have my drink on my chair instead of on the floor! Fourth, the USB outlets on the side of the chair are a fantastic addition to this extraordinary chair! Lastly, there are 2 pockets in the front of the chair and 2 on the sides of the chair! Perfect for your phone, glasses, a book... They truly thought of everything when they made this chair!!! I highly recommend this chair to anyone that wants a comfortable and beautiful recliner! I had back surgery 18 years ago- which lead to me getting our first electric recliner and this one is 10Xs better than my old one! My back and body are very happy!!!
