It was easy to install the plumbing after you epoxy the sinks into place - very clear directions. You do need 2 people to lift the top onto the base. The vanity is beautiful and we love it. BUT the delivery was horrible. It was delivered to a neighbor about 4 miles from our house. Thankfully, they drove to our house to let us know where it was and we went and picked it up. Thank God they were honest or the outcome would have been different.
