The Y-Latch is a swing latch that provides adjustability to your gate. Designed to work with aluminum gates and is composed of steel, so it will withstand the most extreme weather conditions. This latch is is lockable in two places for extra security and works with 2" posts and 2" uprights.

This Y-latch is just what I was looking for, it is a little bigger then i needed, but it won't work with my gate. the space between the gate and the post is too small. I think you need at least 2in. Why install a surface-mounted toilet paper holder that completely sticks out from the wall when you can have one that sits recessed inside the wall? This classic toilet paper holder does the job and won't go out of style. Now is the perfect time to upgrade. Quick and simple installation using two screws that are provided and screw through two pre-drilled holes in the back. Plastic anchors are also provided just in case, but it's always best to screw directly into the wood if possible. Installs into the wall between the studs for a neat, recessed appearance.

Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
