Love the install, love the stream modes. The only issue is when you go to replace the removable handle, it'll fall onto the floor unless you place it in the cradle exactly perfect. We've dropped it several times and this last time it broke. Really love the shower head, though... hoping I can fix it or just replace the removable handle. Right out of the box I was impressed with this Handheld shower head. I ordered the polished nickel and it is beautiful. The design is sleek and minimal, which is what I was going for. I needed to replace an older In2ition and decided on this one. So very happy! I think it supplies better shower spray pressure overall and the ProClean Spray is a terrific addition. The flexible hose is so much more flexible. I do wish it was a bit longer (I'd gotten an extra long one on my old In2ition) as the longer length makes it easier for me to wash pets in the shower. Great shower head. I ordered the stainless steel and chrome. Stainless steel is noticeably nicer and not as much plastic. Chrome looks cheap so trying to exchange for stainless steel, but Wayfair is charging a return shipping fee which I’m not happy about especially since the stainless steel finish is more expensive.. The Hydro Massage System includes a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, an eco-friendly ozone sterilization system, intensity dial control, and strategically positioned hydro jets. The Ella Capri has 15 strategically placed hydro jets: 9 upper fixed jets provide relief to your back, and hips/thighs, and 6 lower adjustable jets for your feet/calves. The Air Jet Massage System includes an air pump with a 3-speed variable push control, strategically positioned air jets, and an auto-purge maintenance system. The Capri has 16 air jets: 8 upper jets for your back, hips/thighs, and 8-floor jets for a foot/leg massage. The 5-piece fast-fill faucet has five (5) pieces: two temperature levers, a diverter lever, a mounted faucet, and a pull-out multi-functional hand shower.
