I just finished installing and overall I’m very happy with the product. Easy to assemble. Well built. Overall a good value for your money. Two things to be aware of. 1) you need to seal the wood and, in my opinion, you need to do this before you install (20 boards per section, 3 coats). 2) concrete patios are sloped for water runoff so leveling is a challenge.
