Very quiet compared to most brands I’ve had. I do think it could be a littler cooler on max but it will eventually cooldown the room and maintain good temp after. Very energy efficient and sleek looking. I installed through the wall with no issues. Only problem is that it was damaged during shipping but Wayfair made it right. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I set it up in my home gym which is in my garage, so it gets hot especially in the Southwest summers. Setup was not bad at all. It really cools, but with most air conditioners it cycles between cooling and just blowing air. Temperature goes down to 60, and the air is really cold when it's cycling. It has a remote control which is super convenient if you're using this in your bedroom and dont want to get out of bed to adjust the temperature. It can also connect to wifi which is a good added feature. It's surprisingly compact and doesn't take up much space. Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25" spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update: It's been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only $15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. I'm on my 4th refill now. Hopefully it's done with the leaching.. Joshua. Sisters, OR. The shed is very good. It definitely takes two people three would be better to put it together to hold the panels up in place and to get everything where it’s supposed to be and just a word of warning. Make sure that you anchor it to a wall or it will blow over. I had this shed tucked into a corner right up against house. I cannot believe that when got in there, but it blew it over and it was full of yard things it was a mess. I had to pull everything out of the bottom, which is open and anchor it into the wall, so don’t make the mistake like I did and think that just because it’s full, the weight is gonna keep it up in a high wind because it will not. UPDATE 1 YEAR LATER: you must attach this to your house. i did not attach it to my house even though i had it tucked in a small space right up against the house with the chimney to one side. i thought it was secure because the whole thing is also in an enclosed fenced yard and didn't think the wind would get behind it at all. . that being said it blew over one evening when it was TOTALLY FILLED! What a mess. i had to pull everything out of the bottom and get 2x people to stand it up. the back popped open and one of the panels got damaged. all and all it was ok but we now attached it to the house. so don't make my mistake and think all the weight you have in it will keep it from blowing over..it will not. even in an enclosed area.. This hot tub is great! I have had it for a few month now and have not had a single issue. It was easy to get set up and ready to go. The jets are strong if you want them to be but adjustable if you don’t. Size is great. I love the cup holders and ice bucket. Cover is thick and does a great job. I was a little nervous about ordering online. I did a lot of shopping and researching before I ordered this one but now wish I had ordered it sooner. We spend a lot of time in it. This was a great addition to my sunroom to replace my older 10K btu model that couldn’t keep up with the extreme colder temps (20°Fs and below). This space is not heated so my Mr. Heater acts as the primary source. I only have to turn the setting to 3 to heat the room and then down to 2. The thermostat does a good job shutting the unit on and off as needed.
