Right out of the box I was impressed with this Handheld shower head. I ordered the polished nickel and it is beautiful. The design is sleek and minimal, which is what I was going for. One plank was damaged in shipping right in the middle of the also the bigger issue is that the rest of the boxes I ordered to complete the project are back ordered for six months. Once installed, the universal rough is compatible with all standard Hansgrohe and AXOR shower trims, enabling a wide selection of finish and functional options. Configure your ideal shower experience with Hansgrohe’s single-rough solution supplying water flow to multiple outlets (showerhead, tub spout, handheld shower, etc.). Select your desired thermostatic or pressure balance shower trim kit (and diverter, if needed) to pair with your universal iBox shower rough-in valve. Rubber seals and trim carrier plate reduce in-wall vibrations and minimize noise transfer through finished wall. Standard 3/4-inch pipe inlets. Compatible with 1/2-inch pipes (reducers not included) – and all pipe types (brass, PVC, plastics, copper, etc.). PVC housing designed to penetrate finished wall surface to prevent leaks, as well as to allow direct access to water shut-off valves and for servicing without tile removal.
