The top and bottom horizontal portions of the doors are slightly recessed and might cause the vertical panels to catch on any quarter-round shoe moulding if you hang the doors close to the floor. The doors themselves are beautiful, but these are not for the DIY person to handle....they didn't come with pre-drilled holes for the hardware to be installed in, nor was there a track milled out of the bottom of each door so that they could slide on the floor hardware (rather than swing in and out when they move).
