The LED Linear Suspension Light kind of looks simple when you first see it, just two bars sitting there, but once it’s hanging over a counter or a table, it changes the whole feel of the room. The brushed-brown finish is warm in a quiet way, not shiny, so it blends with cabinets and furniture without trying too hard. A lot of people put it in kitchens or work corners because the long shape spreads the light across the space instead of just hitting one spot. It runs at 40W and gives roughly 2000 lumens, which is enough brightness for cooking, reading, or just keeping the room active without feeling like a spotlight. The 3000K tone is the warm-white type that’s easy on the eyes. It’s not that yellow kind, more like a steady glow you’d want in the evening. If you connect an ELV dimmer, the drop in brightness is smooth. No flicker or weird steps, it just goes down cleanly. These lights are beautiful and very well built. They are deserving of the 5th star except this one came with a rectangular pendant box, the 6 light cluster came with an oval pendant box. I rounded the corners on the rectangular to try to give a similar look as they are next to one another in my kitchen.
