The ordering process and delivery were fine. The quality of the product is good. Unfortunately, the selling company, Aarco, did not pack this whiteboard with any protection. It was just stuck in a box! After peeling off the protective covering when we hung the board this week, there was a dent. I order online regularly and most sellers ship their product well packed. These are quite cute and match the finish of my door knobs and other trim exactly. However, Im going to have to use double stick tape or mounting tape because the magnets simply dont hold even with the lightest load on the inside of my exterior metal door of my laundry room. Was a bit unsure if this door holder would be suitable for my needs, but was pleasantly surprised. There is enough resistance from the magnet to hold the door open and have a little resistance when closing, but not enough to make it hard to close the door. It does make a clicking noise when the door swings open, but it doesn’t bother me. I did opt to use my own double sided tape instead of the screws on the floor piece which has worked well. The low profile is a nice feature and works well with our robot vacuum. I wish the catch on the floor was the same color as the rest of the door holder, but overall it doesn’t bother me.. Amanda.
