Was surprised when FedEx showed up with only one slim box…but trust the process. Taking out the pieces and breaking down the box for the trash took more time than assembly. Needed two people for assembly just to hold and slide pieces in at the time but all in all very easy. Cushions took some time to fluff up, the back cushions more so than the seat cushions. Seat cushions are nice and firm which makes up a bit in the sparse structure of the overall couch. Back had a nice rise where you can rest your neck on. Couch currently not sitting against a wall and not feeling any lack of support . I purchased this sofa, November 9, 2025. It is the same as it was when I first purchased it. It took my grandson an hour from unboxing to assembling it. It was so easy for him lol Make sure you prepare the slip covers before you take the plastic off the pillows, because they deflate very rapidly. That is a mistake I made, I was so anxious to see what it would look like put together. It is a beautiful couch and it has held up from the tiny hands and feet of my great grandkids. If you want a beautiful, strong sofa, you can’t go wrong by purchasing this one. The only regret I have is that I purchased the cream and not the white. I honestly love this couch way more than I expected to. The green velvet color is gorgeous in person — it gives that moodyjewel-tone vibe without looking too dark or cheap. It completely elevated my apartment aesthetic and became the centerpiece of my living room immediately. The size worked really well for my space too since I’m in an apartment and didn’t want something massive or overwhelming. It has that modern, clean look while still feeling cozy. The velvet is soft, the tufting looks expensive, and it photographs insanely well. Assembly was pretty straightforward overall. I was able to get it together without wanting to launch myself into another dimension, which already gives it bonus points. One thing I did NOT expect is how weirdly easy this fabric is to clean. I’ve gotten spills, stains, marker, and even BBQ sauce out of it using just cool water and a tiny bit of dish soap. I was honestly convinced some of those stains were permanent and they came right out without ruining the fabric or color. That alone makes this couch worth it to me because life happens and I didn’t want something high-maintenance. Comfort-wise, I’d say it’s more supportivefirm than cloud-soft, but I actually prefer that because it keeps the couch looking structured instead of saggy after a few months. Great for lounging, gaming, scrolling for hours, or having friends over. For the price, I genuinely think it looks much more expensive than it is. Really a great sofa for the price and how quickly it shipped. The entire sofa shipped in a box, and it took about 30 minutes to assemble. I like the look of this combo sofabed. It looks more spendy than it is. The mattresscushions are thinner than I anticipated and, as other reviewers have noted, the bed is difficult to extend into the reclining and bed positions.
