So excited to receive this pushplate. I debated and dwelled whether or not to purchase. Finally I just jumped in and ordered. So happy I did. This is so well made that it will last a lifetime. The push plate came really well packaged and no scratches or blemishes whatsoever. Matching screws are included and attached at the end of the plastic pushplate covering. Screws are nice and long. I absolutely love the ornate Victorian look of this! I ordered the shiny chrome and this is absolutely gorgeous. Very solid and heavy with no sharp edges. Took UNhandy me about 5 minutes to install. I also purchased the same design in gold for the other side of our swinging kitchen door and it is just as spectacular as the chrome. If you are debating whether or not to purchase … DO IT. The glass thickness can be between 0.25-0.5 in.

Chrome

Bought two of these as a Frankenstein solution to make another brand of single hole faucet (that came without any cover plates) work with my pre-drilled 3-hole counter tops. The cover looks pretty good with the modern style chrome faucet it was paired with and it does a good job being a cover for the most part.... For me, the lack of attachment mechanism cost it one star. It doesn't have any way of securing the sides to the counter so when the faucet is tightened down it causes the ends to bow up about 1/8th of an inch on each side.
