This is the most terrible experience I have had with wayfair. When the toilet arrived, we opened the top of the boxes to check it is not Broken. My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me. This was my first brand new tree with lights and it was perfect. You can’t tell from any of the pictures because I have three cats and they immediately took over and claimed the tree. I finally fluffed it all up right before Christmas and it was great. The end of the branches are a different type of “needle” and it makes it look more realistic and full! The lights were beautiful! But I couldn’t figure out the remote and it was a lm intense Christmas disco in my living room for a hot minute. Then the cats chewed through the lights in basically day 2.
