Similar to others, the first sink sent was cracked so I had a little delay waiting for the replacement but Wayfair was amazing and sent one immediately. Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. The large water collection area prevents any kind of pooling and has a luxurious feel about it.
