I told him the message that’s blinking on the hood screen and he asks , so do you need parts ? What ?! How am I supposed to know. Oh my goodness. That’s why I’m calling him, to figure this out. Honestly save your money and your time. I will never purchase from wayfair again. I will update this review, the very helpful technician that is asking me if I need parts is suppose to come to my home tomorrow, therefore I need to miss work to wait for him. I am SO thankful for Wayfair! I had ordered a Kohler tub from HD, and one from Lowe’s, only to find out that they were back ordered for 6 months,,minimum! Wayfair came through for me! In a time period when no one can get tubs, I managed to get one. Also, it’s gorgeous! I was a tad concerned about the size of this, but honestly, it’s perfect. I’m 5’11, and fit perfectly in this! I’ve read reviews commenting that the 36” width is narrow in this tub, and honestly, I have no idea what people are talking about. Unless someone had a real weight issue, the width is not a problem.
