It was delivered promptly. Came packaged nicely. Instructions for assembly were clear and concise. Took about an hour to assembly by myself. Did have a little help at the end. Needed help holding both ends to assemble. No complaints. I have yet to see how it sleeps, but it sits very comfortably. Color in person is very true to what was pictured on website. It’s such an amazing couch and it made me so happy! The assembly took me almost the whole afternoon but I’m slow. I judge it’s really more of a two people job really. Some of the screws socket were a bit difficult to put together because of the misalignment between pieces if you tighten one part of the screw too tight and misplace the other, but with a little bit of force everything does come together fairly easily..
