The door is still in the box, awaiting the completion of tile. My installer did say that the door handles looked very “cheap” to him. Will see what they look like on completion. Beautiful doors with great bearings that make them glide effortlessly. However, our shower pan horizontal ledge turns in toward the shower at the showerhead wall, causing the water sheeting down the door to splash on the ledge and get on the floor outside of the shower. Beautiful doors. Looked for a long time to find bi-pass doors that didn't have horizontal handles that would detract from the newly tiled shower Love the roller style. Looks more modern than other slider doors with enclosed track. Doors feel very solid. What was not obvious from the pictures or description is the handles are actually thin pcs of metal that are double side taped to the doors. Barely enough room to get your fingertips on them. If your doors aren't mounted level so they roll properly, you will have a tough time moving them. Won't be conducive to older hands being able to grip them. Additionally, inspect closely before you spend time getting installed. Had several very obvious blemishes in the brushed nickel frame. The marks are black so they stand out. First, you can't really beat Wayfair price with free shipping. The packaging was robust enough to prevent damage to this large and heavy item. The nickel finish is a worthwhile upgrade for a contemporary look. I chose the Lake Mist glass (after viewing choices on Sterling website) which offers a compromise between clear glass and 100 frosted. I like the combination of transparency at top with gradual opacity from a pattern of frosted dots that merge lower on the doors . Doors have a CleanCoat surface on the bath side that have kept them pretty spot free, even with my hard water, although I use a squeegee regularly as well. One of the doors did come with a horizontal line mark on the lower frosted surface, which I assume was from the cardboard packaging rubbing against it. Haven't been able to remove but not very noticeable. Installation took a few hours - measured twice then cut conservatively and used metal file to ensure close fit. Look for YouTube videos for tips on drilling into ceramic tile if your tub surround has it - saved me big headache. I needed a shower door that was tall enough for my 6‘3“ husband to step through without ducking his head. Quite a few of these frameless showers have a top bar which is too short. This one happened to be tall enough and had thicker glass with the clean coat technology. The price was almost half the price of a custom glass shower door system, and the quality was identical.
