Brisa is larger than your opening by design since it is surface mounted to the door frame trim/brick mold which provides an inch or more of adjustment to the height during installation. Brisa works with both inswing or outswing single-hinged double doors, both right or left-hand applications, and opening widths between 68-in to 72-in narrower with some easy modification. Brisa is available for the three most common door heights and, in a variety of frame colors.

Bought this double screen door because we were screening the deck at our lake house. We have extra wide steps up to the deck and needed a door wider than the standard 32 or 36 inch. Listing said for width less than 68" it could be modified, so we decided to go for it. I was surprised, the instructions were complete, clear, and easy to follow. (So often you get the skimpy badly translated ones.) With a little help from a neighbor we got 2 sets, front and back of deck, installed in about 3-4 hours. Hubby is a metal fabricator, not a carpenter, but he said it was pretty easy once he understood their system. I would say it's a 2 person job, unless you're a really good carpenter. We have 1 side set as a stationary sidelight, only opening the other side. We'll put some planters or knick knacks on the steps in front of the stationary side. They are indeed very very heavy and arrived in two different packages which was only annoying b/c then I had to get people twice to bring them in, versus just once but two trips at the same time. I just thought that part was odd. They haven't been installed yet so I need to update my review once that happens. These shower doors are amazing! My husband sent me on a mission to find two sets of shower doors for our new home because he doesn't like shower curtains. These shower doors are very nice, thick and heavy. They glide very well. Love that the large rollers are the same diameter and match inside the shower as well as outside, also like the towelhandle bars. The header bar is solid and heavy, it has some sort of finish on it, but not sure how that will hold up with wear from the rollers. The bottom rail is supposed to be held down by the center piece, but it doesn’t slot in and hold it properly, it just slips in and out of it. The only thing that will keep it in place is the caulk, and there is only so much caulk you can apply. Overall, very pleased with these doors, they look great.. Susan. MD. Mon Jan 12 2026
