They are indeed very very heavy and arrived in two different packages which was only annoying b/c then I had to get people twice to bring them in, versus just once but two trips at the same time. I just thought that part was odd. They haven't been installed yet so I need to update my review once that happens. Just installed this dreamline sliding shower door. We needed an option without a top rail because of the unusual structure of our bathroom. The bay window would not allow for a top rail install and the bathroom was too small for a pivot style door. This slider worked great. My only complaint is that the slider has a little too much play in the top glider and so rattles a bit. We plan to reduce the clearance with a thicker piece of rubber to eliminate that issue. We also have not been able to determine how to properly drain the inner channel. It seems to hold standing water after shower use. Could be user install error. Overall a great product.. Colette. These shower doors are very nice, thick and heavy. They glide very well. Love that the large rollers are the same diameter and match inside the shower as well as outside, also like the towelhandle bars. The header bar is solid and heavy, it has some sort of finish on it, but not sure how that will hold up with wear from the rollers. The bottom rail is supposed to be held down by the center piece, but it doesn’t slot in and hold it properly, it just slips in and out of it. Sliding glass door was perfect and it was the cheapest one I found. This one is as described. My bathroom was 58 x 70 and it fit perfect. You can reverse the doors since instructions come with the door on the right side. I purchased a different one, but we are still waiting on installation. Once installed, I will provide an update.. Frameless Sliding Shower Doors is one of best sliding doors I’ve ever seen, love the tempered glass and stainless steel hardware, they’re extremely heavy the matte black handles hardware makes it more expensive and stylish. When I ordered it I thought we could install it ourselves but decided against it cause the shower doors top of the line and made for life to not install properly, I’m in the process of trying to find someone to install it, will try and update afterwards.. Well I have ordered more than 3 of this kind of sliding doors in the past and this one in particular has the security guard to close the doors properly. The frameless shower door without frames blocking the glass makes more light into the shower space, adding a fresh and modern feel, and having the versatility to complement any bathroom style.

I would give these doors 5 stars for the thickness of glass and quality but because the instructions left a lot to desire and difficult to assemble correctly causing friction between the two doors and hard to roll.
