[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this greenhouse now that it’s installed. It’s well designed and sturdy and I have no doubts that it will last for many years to come. A few thoughts on whether this is the right greenhouse for you; - the frame pieces do not have a useable channel to temporarily install shelves/hooks/holders using the ‘t’ screws may other greenhouses have. While the website says some of those accessories are supported for the jr Victorian, that’s only true if you drill a permanent hole in the frame. So for flexible options, nothing can attach to the frame (standing shelves only). - the automatic vents are great and not very hard to install - allow a minimum of 6 hours for 2 people to put up - ships in 3 large boxes that are each pretty heavy, if you have mobility problems or back issues, you’ll need assistance. - if you don’t anchor to the ground, it can move around a bit after it’s built, so anchoring is probably a good idea. A few suggestions for improvement; - having most of the screws installed on arrival took up more time for the build since we had to take every screw out and then put it back in. A baggy would have been more helpful. - window and door frames don’t have predrilled holes (so that the fitting can be very tight). Screws are provided to supposedly drill through the metal frame. You’ll need to drill pilot holes with a metal bit before attempting to use the provided screws. - several photos in the instructions could be much clearer about which way the pieces fit together, especially the long side pieces that create the angle between the roof and the walls at the gutter. - extra screws should be provided, especially for the black ones that are primarily used.. The Victorian Greenhouse is perfect for me. Very well made and ease of use made it a wonderful choice. The vents open easily and both doors open and lock with minimal effort. I have plenty of room to start seeds and store all the supplies that are needed. We placed it on a concrete pad and anchored it down with the anchors supplied. We had harsh winds a couple of weeks later with no damage to the greenhouse. I waited a long time for a greenhouse and did a lot of research before choosing Vego. I definitely made the right choice.. First, you can't really beat Wayfair price with free shipping. The packaging was robust enough to prevent damage to this large and heavy item. The nickel finish is a worthwhile upgrade for a contemporary look. I chose the Lake Mist glass (after viewing choices on Sterling website) which offers a compromise between clear glass and 100 frosted. I like the combination of transparency at top with gradual opacity from a pattern of frosted dots that merge lower on the doors . Doors have a CleanCoat surface on the bath side that have kept them pretty spot free, even with my hard water, although I use a squeegee regularly as well. One of the doors did come with a horizontal line mark on the lower frosted surface, which I assume was from the cardboard packaging rubbing against it. Haven't been able to remove but not very noticeable. Installation took a few hours - measured twice then cut conservatively and used metal file to ensure close fit. Look for YouTube videos for tips on drilling into ceramic tile if your tub surround has it - saved me big headache.
