This pot is great quality! It’s got a nice weight to it and is super stout. It also fits great inside pots from other makers. I have a kenmore set that is nonstick that I love and this fits perfectly inside the tall extra large pot. We have already found many different things to use it for to make lid a little easier. Loving this pan so far. Have used for 3 months and it has kept the non stick well. It is heavier but I like that it is aluminum free and ceramic for better food safety from toxic chemicals in other non stick. Cooks nice and evenly as well. It heats up evenly and food sticks less to it than my other stainless steel pans so I prefer to use it over those. The picture is after four rounds of smaller pancakes made in the pan with only one application of olive oil, whereas my other pans I had to keep adding oil or butter or it’s definitely going to stick. The handle is attached only on the outside and after having this option, I don’t know why all pans don’t do this. I bought the 12" size and every time I use it the pan is just wonderful. It heats up quickly and gives an even sear to whatever I cook. I have downsized to very few pans and this one is a great smaller choice. Heavy, but not too heavy to handle easily, nice even heat, takes 4 cups of liquid in the narrow base part neatly and then won’t over boil with the wider top but takes additions or stirring easily.
