First, the finish quality on this tub is very good, looks good. my main concern, and why I did not give it 5 stars is because the specifications and the CAD drawings spec the actual length at 66". However, the length is actually 65-3/4 " at the top of the tub and 65-5/8"at the bottom. This presented a problem requiring one of the end walls to be furred out so that the backerboard and tile installed correctly My rough-in was at 66-1/16" so as to allow the tub to slide in easily if it had been the length shown. I'm underwhelmed by this. The quality of the components and mechanical parts seems below average. The seat attachment works about 85% - i can't get it to tighten down and stay square on the bowl. The float and water inlet are the same as a house brand toilet from a big box store i got a couple months ago. Beware of the deceptive marketing. The toilet comes with no seat, which they do say in the description but it also arrives with no toilet bowl. When I tried to return it cause I dont want to deal with nonsense, they want to make me pay for shipping. Very shady practices.
