Used this today for the first time. I never used one before. Takes getting use to but works great. Cooked my sons burgers well. You must center the pan on the unit first, otherwise it will display a u like symbol and turn off. So make sure magnetic pan is on the unit and then power on. Also I love the H it displays when cooling off to let you know the unit is still Hot. I purchased out of laziness. Tired of cleaning the entire stove just to make burgers or whatever...lol. its easier to wipe down the counter and clean the unit. Does not show any signs of heat at the bottom so it is safe to use on countertops. I might just get a silicone mat anyway. Overall I love it and will play with it more.. Keisha. Corona, NY. This is looks like a really well built unit. I’m sure I’m going to enjoy having it. I was surprised at how big it is and that it didn’t come with an LP adapter. I did not see anywhere in the original ad for this burner that it was only for natural gas probably I would have purchased something different and save the $80 for the adapter, but it is beautiful and I think it’s going to be great once I get it hooked up and ready. Happy with the induction plate so far. The only thing that is is missing is is an actual temp read out instead of pre programed selection of numbers from 1-9 where the default temp selection is 5. I'll get used to to it. Manual and the underside of induction plate recommends one hour use and two hrs of rest. Doesn't sound like a long usage time.. Robert. Niagara Falls, ON. Wed Sep 30 2020
