I was nervous about purchasing this couch because there were no reviews, but I'm glad I took the chance. It arrived promptly and was well packaged. The shipping box had a bit of damage, but the couch did not. The couch is heavy, but very easy to assemble and I was able to do it on my own. Two of the legs screw in, the two others required screws which were provided with an Allen wrench, and the seat, arms, and back all had brackets that slide into each other making a quick, but sturdy attachment. Note to other buyers: the back cushions, legs, and screws are located in the zipper underneath the seat. The back cushions are very plush and the seat is firm, but comfortable. The reason for the low number is that I never received this bathtub. I was delivered another tub--soaker, not the jetted tub I ordered. You just randomly sent me another tub with no jets. I had to go to the trouble of sending that tub back and go to another place and order a tub. I have done that, but now have to wait 2 weeks for delivery which throws a wrench in my remodel schedule. In the future, if someone orders something and it turns out to be a discontinued item, please have the courtesy to contact your customer with that information and also remove the discontinued item from your website.. The tub seems like a good quality as described. Delivery didn’t go well. I paid the extra to have it brought up seven steps. The delivery people were inexperienced and didn’t want to bring the tub upstairs. By the way they are average stairs not narrow or steep. They wanted me to sign paperwork that said they weren’t responsible for any damage to tub or house. I refused and the tub ended up in the garage. They scratched it. The scratch will be covered by tile so it’s okay. Very unprofessional. Wayfair has tried to help with this problem. It’s okay my husband and another person carried it upstairs. They aren’t movers but accomplished it. We decided that the adjustable legs were not very helpful. They sit on small like bolt heads. Too much pressure on the small area. Maybe there are better ways to use them. We are frustrated with the drain waste assembly which doesn’t come with the tub. Our plumber has not been able to get one that fits. The one that cheviot makes is $300 . It’s made to show but that’s not necessary for this tub as it sits behind a wall. We are currently trying to install one recommended by cheviot. Hope it works but I’m already not happy with it because it has a plastic overflow. Two months later, this is my update. I'm enjoying the tub. the quality seems good. It had what we thought were serious scratches from delivery and installation. Someone who knew tubs told us to try a variety of pencil erasers and lots of elbow grease. That really worked! Two hours of erasing and no more marks. We ended up getting the very expensive drain assembly from Cheviot. It truly is the only one that will work in my experience.
