Item arrived on time as described. The bookcase was very well packed, and all pieces were very clearly labelled. There were a lot of pieces to put together for a bookcase, but it was straightforward. I opted for this design because I liked the clean look of not having two sets of vertical supports, but in the end I don't think the lack of support is worth it.
