Mattress is firm but I think after use it will be comfortable. I like the thickness of it. The only thing is when folding as a seat it doesn’t stay on frame. It could be the frame is smaller. Very nice folding mat (bed). I purchased the twin size. Good quality and the design and color are very nice. It’s cozy and not too firm. Has a nice softness to it but not too soft.
