Beautiful I can’t wait to use it. I ordered it WAY before the remodel had even started. It comes crated, then a cardboard box. No way to inspect it right away. It comes with absolutely NO instructions at all. The bands you see around the tub are loose and not attached to the tub. We’re going to glue or put a small block of wood between the tub and band so it will stay in place. It also has a sandwich baggie (literally) with a sponge and liquid in it. We don’t know if it is to wipe down the tub or to keep the wood in shape during shipping from China. We still LOVE this tub and I would order it again but inspect it upon arrival. Great tub, very wide for big shoulders but also doesn’t require a ton of water. Only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is the OEM overflow drain kit is very fragile and not easy to replicate with warehouse parts. You need to be able to tighten the threads securely and not have the thin PVC snap off!! Just plan on upgrading overflow drain kit for $39 from the get go a you’ll be satisfied with the tub! I wanted a sleek modern aesthetic with room for two, this unit fit the bill. I needed adjustable feet so that I could get water to flow underneath the tub in a wet room, that was another yes here. I had a really specific wish list, and this thing met it all! We're still in the middle of install, but the quality of this unit appears very promising. This is a beautiful bathtub. The price is awesome for what you get. I love the shape as it is soft in a very square area in our bathroom. It’s super deep and the husband and I can both fit in it well. It does have a bit of a narrow center so it’s a little tight in the middle with both of us in there, but still plenty of room.
