We've had this tub for about 2 years now and I couldn't be happier with it. I wanted a soaking tub that I could relax in and would fit my space. This fit the bill. My husband installed it with his brother and it took about 5-6 hours in total and one trip to get a part. No issues at all with the tub. This came so so well packed.. it was in a plywood crate and the crate had instructions on how to unbox it. The tub itself had a dust bag like you would get with a fancy handbag. It also had a cardboard cover that included tub installation instructions. The tub it’s self is gorgeous and way it was packed and shipped and designed - made me want to applaud this company.
