I used the center medallion, because behind it is hollow so I was able to mount and hang with two nails behind it. It is not directly in the center so you will have to be mindful of that when hanging to get them even, if that is how you are arranging them. So you will need a pencil, straight edge with a level, I used a hammer and nails with a wide head on them to hang from. As you can see the nails are completely obscured from view.
