Easy to install, I really like the finish it has. I'm using it to give color to my house, the surface is matte smooth. The surface does not reflect direct light. This excellently hides watermarks, fingerprints and everyday soap stains. It withstands heavy footwear, pet claws, and furniture movement without scratching or fading. Tolerates heavy traffic of footwear, pet claws and movement of furniture without scratching or losing color. It does not require periodic chemical sealants. I purchased the color brown and it does look as pictured on the site. The variation in color is hard to discern from tile to tile, until it’s on the wall. Once up, you can see all the slight variation. Even though the color is brown, in my option it leans to a cool town brown. Champagne Bronze faucet finish looks good with it as well as nickel. Ordered these in white to coordinate with other tiles by this company with prints on them but. same texture and white background. The finish is a nice gloss so dirt should wipe off easily but still manage to retain the old Mediterranean feel I am looking for on this project which are outdoor steps into the garden. The tile arrived a bit chipped but it will not affect the top surface of the tile or strength of the tile as the porcelain appears to be thick and of good quality. Size matches exactly to the measurements of the printed tiles I received earlier so I won't complicate installation. These have great water resistance, and are fine for outdoors as well as indoors..
