The outcome of the shed was ideal. Fortunately, all of the pieces were there. The instructions were the worst part of the entire installment. The product arrives in two long, flat boxes. The packing was sufficient for the most part except for the triangular pieces that are part of the roof. They were dented and scratched, but I didn’t think it was worth my time and trouble to try to have them replaced, so I pounded out the dents with a rubber mallet. The flaws are visible, but not as bad as how they came. Each piece of metal is covered with plastic film that should be removed before assembly, which takes a lot of time and patience, but once removed the metal surfaces are very clean with a good coating. Assembly definitely requires two people and several hours since there are over 300 screws, but once assembled, the structure is very solid. I was impressed with the engineering. All of the screw holes lined up and the instructions/diagrams were easy to follow. I built a wooden deck with 2x6 treated joists and treated plywood for the floor and screwed the base to that. I love this shed!! It was shipped to me very quickly. I actually assembled the whole thing myself in about 5 hours toroidal Total... (would've been quicker if the directions and pics were a bit clearer). I also built a floor for it as it didn't come with one. It is quite sturdy and spacious. I would certainly recommend it.. Unfortunately we live in Minnesota and it has not been weather to be putting up an outside shed. My husband has decided to haul the boxes over to his shop and put it together over there and then put it on a large trailer and haul it back to our home. He read the instruction manual - it was more like a book but the instructions seemed quite good! We opened the box and the color of the shed seems to be exactly as pictured. I'm anxious to see the shed when it's all put together. I will post a picture of it when it's all set up. It was hard to give it a star rating but i gave it 5 stars because when we have seen seems really good! Here is a picture of the shed all set up. Major storm here so it will have to stay in the shed for several more days! My husband put it together in 2 days - not working all day but it till took several house. He was very pleased at how easy it was to assemble! Everything was vey clearly marked and all the parts and pieces were in the box! It is a very nice looking shed and seems very spacious inside. Read full review. This is a very decent shed especially for the price. It does take some effort to build. I completed in less than 6hrs with no assistance. Read the instructions before you start. It will help. Organize the pieces. There were a lot of reviews stating dents and dings right out of the box. Mine came with a few. It is sheet metal so I expected some. Some of the holes don't line up perfectly, again it is sheet metal you can easily maneuver it or drill a perfect match. I just maneuvered it. The latch is flimsy so if you are in need of security you should probably get a different latch. You will need a ladder if you are shorter for the roof screws. 6ft worked perfectly. It is very light weight so I assembled it on 2 average wooden pallets for a sturdy base and anchored it in when it was completed. Overall this is a great shed for it's price.. Jennifer.
