The product arrives in two long, flat boxes. The packing was sufficient for the most part except for the triangular pieces that are part of the roof. They were dented and scratched, but I didn’t think it was worth my time and trouble to try to have them replaced, so I pounded out the dents with a rubber mallet. The flaws are visible, but not as bad as how they came. Each piece of metal is covered with plastic film that should be removed before assembly, which takes a lot of time and patience, but once removed the metal surfaces are very clean with a good coating. Assembly definitely requires two people and several hours since there are over 300 screws, but once assembled, the structure is very solid. I was impressed with the engineering. All of the screw holes lined up and the instructions/diagrams were easy to follow. I built a wooden deck with 2x6 treated joists and treated plywood for the floor and screwed the base to that. UPDATED I’m not sure what people expect when they buy a shed online other than for it to be in “17,000 pieces.”Seriously. It is gorgeous and perfect for our space. Read full review. This is a very decent shed especially for the price. It does take some effort to build. I completed in less than 6hrs with no assistance. Read the instructions before you start. It will help. Organize the pieces. There were a lot of reviews stating dents and dings right out of the box. Mine came with a few. It is sheet metal so I expected some. Some of the holes don't line up perfectly, again it is sheet metal you can easily maneuver it or drill a perfect match. I just maneuvered it. The latch is flimsy so if you are in need of security you should probably get a different latch. You will need a ladder if you are shorter for the roof screws. 6ft worked perfectly. It is very light weight so I assembled it on 2 average wooden pallets for a sturdy base and anchored it in when it was completed. Overall this is a great shed for it's price.. Jennifer. Overall this shed is extremely good for the price. The assembly took a good bit for two of us to put it together. The instructions can be a little difficult to understand at times so really pay attention to what the picture shows. The interior is huge! The headroom is great. Can easily stand up straight and have room to spare. The design has the windows caddie corner from each other, but I didn’t want one facing the house and it was simple to cut the notches for the trusses to fit into. If you want a good shed. We have this shed for 2 years now and it is holding up fantastically. Putting it together was not difficult, only thing I would recommend is to spread everything well out and sort the panels out. I put the shed on a gravel and pavers slab, so water from underneath stays out. Space is good for what we needed. I received my shed and I love it, however, the two guys who put it together said that a lot of the parts were dented, but usable, and also about 20 screws were missing.
