Zero stars. It doesn’t come with any tools to get a plug off the back. Tool needed is a massive hex key that is nearly impossible to find. Please tell people before they buy or at least in the instructions that they need this tool. It also never cooled past 19 degrees and is a PAIN to get a refund. I have purchased the no name filters before. I can honestly say that I get better tasting water and the filter lasts longer with the namebrand. The Refrigerator and freezer are well made for modern living. There's a European vibe to it. I like to cook and have a large family. For our needs, I think the size of both the fridge and freezer are lacking. For example, if we were having a party and catered food, a standard full size tray would not fit the depth of the refrigerator shleves. The icemaker works very well, but can overflow. Ice gets trapped behind the drawer and the door wont shut. We have to use an extension tool with claw to retrieve the ice.
