Great tree for a small condo. The slim profile fits perfectly without taking over the whole space, but it still looks full once the branches are shaped out. It is just as a good looking tree as shown on the site. The tree has three sections that needs to be assembled, the power cord for each section to be connect together. We are very happy with the tree and would have given a five star rating if all lights would have worked right out of the box. Several rows in the middle section did not work. Located one discolored, burned out bulb. Still did not work after replacing it with a spare. After a longer trial and error checking each bulb in question found a not quite properly seated one.
