This handcrafted steel bell has a contemporary charm and a great tone. This handcrafted, wind-activated bell, with its bold tone and design, functions nicely as a welcome bell at any entrance to your home or garden. They tone their bells to unite two important ways the instrument vibrates. One is the sound of the bell itself and the other is the hollow chamber inside the bell that acts like an organ pipe. The slots on the sides of the bell are the secret to this unique coupling. The result is a rich sound with much depth and beauty. This steel ball has been coated with a handsome, durable finish, so you can enjoy it for years to come. Hang your Heroic Large Wind Chime in a breezy spot and let it play in the wind.

The Heroic Windbell™ Wind Chime is a very nice chime. Made with quality metal material and the sound of the chime is beautiful. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it is extremely heavy. I bought it to hang on a shepards hook by our pool but it is way too heavy. We will need to get a strong mounted hook to support its weight. Overall very happy because it is a uniquie item.. Bonny. Grants Pass, OR. Fri Jul 24 2026

Exactly what I wanted for fence post. Talk about well wrapped.....took me 30 minutes to get it out of shrink wrap. I was annoyed that it didnt come with the screws to mount it, but husband was fine with it. Was up as soon as I got done with the blasted shrink wrap. Lynn. West Virginia. Sat Apr 18 2020

Great wind chime though very unique on the loud side but well built. Also very low frequency. Goes well with mid and higher pitched chimes.. Anonymous. Fri May 01 2026

An instrument for sound healing and relaxation. Developed in partnership with jazz great Jack De Johnette, world renowned sound therapist Dr. John Beaulieu and Woodstock Chimes founder and musician Garry Kvistad. When the Awakening Bell is sounded, the long overtones of the bell naturally puts the listener into a Theta state, which is a relaxed state characterized by deep calm. The tone of the Awakening Bell resonates with an area of the brain that helps control stress. Through this resonance, they experience a lightness and sense of well being. The Awakening Bell can be played two ways. Tap it and listen to the overtones, or rub it (Tibetan Singing Bowl style) and make it sing. The Awakening Bell comes with an instruction booklet that includes background information on the bell and explains how to play the bell (both styles of playing).

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Excellent quality. I am very impressed. Mayra. Weslaco, TX. Tue Feb 20 2024

Bells have been used throughout the ages to accompany dance, provide comfort, and warn of possible danger. The Chinese were the first to control the pitch or note of a bell, making it possible for them to play tunes. Soon bells were being used to accompany worship. On New Year's Eve, the bells in Buddhist temples are rung 108 times, once for each of the 108 worldly desires. In the East, bells have become very important and are often decorated with significant symbols. For centuries, tuned bells have been suspended in homes and temples to ward off evil and attract good luck and prosperity. Temple Bells Wind Chime is inspired by these ancient bells and works in harmony with the wind to create gentle, soothing tones.
