Like the ladders a lot, gave them 3 stars because I purchased 2 ladders and the screws that came with it were very cheap and 4 of them broke on one ladder and 2 broke on the other. Screws looked like they were plastic on the inside. I am unable to get the broken screw out and secure the rungs. Also it states that the ladder is 19” wide, but that is the outside measurements, the inside rung measurements where you can actually hang your blanket/quilt is only 15 inches which is quite narrow to me, so I am a bit disappointed, I really would have liked the hanging area to be 19 inches.
